Terms of use

Plain terms for using Proven Ally.

These terms cover Proven Ally’s pages and the tools on them. Separate terms will be published before Proven Ally offers accounts, requests, bookings, or payments.

What these pages are

Proven Ally offers general information to help you choose and prepare to contact a private investigator, process server, or security agency. It is not legal, investigative, or security advice, and it does not create a relationship with any professional.

Proven Ally’s role

Proven Ally does not perform investigations, serve documents, or provide security personnel, and it is not a licensed investigative or security agency. The professionals and agencies you contact are responsible for their own licensing, methods, personnel, and terms.

Use the pages lawfully

Keep requests lawful and authorized. Do not use these pages to plan stalking, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or unlawful surveillance, and do not enter another person’s private details into the tools.

No guarantees

General information may not fit your situation or state. Proven Ally does not promise availability, pricing, delivery, court acceptance, or any outcome. Confirm requirements with the professional you choose and, where appropriate, an attorney.
