What is Proven Ally?

Proven Ally is a free guide to hiring a private investigator, process server, or security agency. It helps you work out which kind of help fits, what to have ready, and what to ask before you hire anyone.

How do I choose a service?

Start with what you need to happen. Facts or answers point to a private investigator, delivering court papers points to a process server, and protecting a place or event points to a security agency. The guided start can help.

Does it cost anything?

No. Proven Ally's pages and tools are free, and there is no sign-up. Any professional you hire will set their own fees, so ask for them in writing.

Is what I type sent or saved?

No. The guided start keeps your answers on the page while you use it. Nothing is sent to Proven Ally or anyone else. Copy or download your summary if you want to keep it; refreshing the page clears it.

What should I write in my summary?

Keep it general: the kind of help, a city and state, and your timing. Leave out names, phone numbers, case numbers, and sensitive details until you are talking to a professional you have chosen.

Can Proven Ally recommend a provider?

Not today. Proven Ally does not list, rate, or book providers, so there is nothing to sell you. Use the hiring checklist to compare the professionals you find.

Can anyone guarantee service or court acceptance?

No. A process server can explain how they deliver papers and document it, but court rules decide what counts as valid service. Confirm requirements with the court clerk or an attorney.

What should I ask a security agency?

Ask about licensing, how officers are supervised, what their written duties will be, how incidents are reported, and whether they recommend armed or unarmed officers and why.

How do I contact Proven Ally?

Email trevor.b@f3intel.com. Please keep it general and leave out names, case numbers, and sensitive details. Proven Ally can’t give legal advice or respond to emergencies.

What if I need help right now?

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. Proven Ally cannot respond to emergencies, and these pages are not monitored.
