What the tools do
The guided start keeps your service choice, city and state, note, and timing on the page while you use it. The question list does the same. Neither tool sends your answers to Proven Ally or anyone else, or saves them in cookies or browser storage.
When your answers clear
Refreshing, closing, or leaving the page clears them. To keep a copy, use Copy or Download. Those create a copy on your device, and only when you choose.
What to leave out
Keep your answers general. Don’t enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, account or case numbers, or sensitive details. Save those for a professional you have chosen and trust.
If you email us
If you email Proven Ally, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it to reply to you. Please don’t send names, case numbers, addresses, or sensitive details by email.
What Proven Ally doesn’t do
There are no accounts, provider profiles, bookings, or payments on Proven Ally, so there is nothing for us to collect from those.
